Nashville’s Winona Fighter have been earning a name for themselves with their brand of accessible, hard-charging punk rock. Their latest single “ATTENTION” is a great sample of what they do – big heavy riffs, biting lyrics (“Would you see me as a daughter or another pretty penny, you fucking socialite!”) and bouncy choruses that audiences can easily remember and sing back to the band.
The group clearly has a good sense of humor as well, judging by their new video clip for the track. Hearkening back to classic, goofy videos like Foo Fighter‘s “Learn to Fly”, the video finds the band the victims of a robbery. They don’t take this lightly, forming a posse and quickly hunting down the robber in classic old-west fashion.
